1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Whachama, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our website.

2. Use of the Platform

Whachama provides AI-powered conversational agents to help users practice and learn various languages, including Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese. You agree to use the platform for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

To ensure a safe and respectful environment, users must not submit messages or engage in conduct that includes the following prohibited content, as aligned with our moderation policies:

• Hate: Content that expresses, incites, or promotes hate based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion.

All content on Whachama, including AI agent responses, text, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Whachama. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.

6. Termination
