What (and who) is whachama?

Whachama is an immersive language learning web app for English speakers, designed like a messenger, where you chat with an AI agent to practice your chosen target in real conversations. The agents have a unique personality to simulate diverse interactions, helping you build fluency while receiving gentle grammar and typo corrections. Whachama is also the name of our mascot, a playful little neuron. His name is inspired by whatchamacallit a placeholder word for something you've momentarily forgotten. Just like this app, whachama helps you recall words and build connections, making language learning fun and memorable.
